Glenveagh [IRL]
Streamlining the home buying process with a brand new customer portal that delivers a win-win-win for customer service, construction teams, and home buyers.
The home buying process is complex: multiple users including buyers, agents, legal representatives and finance; lengthy with several stages; and has lots of complex regulatory requirements.
Based on a ground-up product strategy we created a slick, customer centric portal and workflows with game-changing CX outcomes and positioned Glenveagh as the tech leader in the property space.
